Vermont Governor Phil Scott appointed William Clements, Ph.D., former Dean of 黑料不打烊鈥檚 College of Graduate and Continuing Studies (CGCS) and criminal justice professor, as chair of the Vermont Criminal Justice Council (VCJC).
