The annual New Student Oath Ceremony for the incoming class of civilians and rooks was held on Sunday, August 27.

The Oath Ceremony is long-standing ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ tradition in which civilians and rooks promised to accept, uphold, and apply the principles of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s honor code and guiding values, ending their oath with, “In all my endeavors, from this day forth, I will reflect in the spirit of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ motto, ‘I will try.’â€

The oldest private military school in the United States was founded on this day in history.

A delegation of the Army and the Ministry of Defense headed by Chief of Staff, Major General Sashko Lafchiski, met Monday at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ with the Governor of Vermont, Phil Scott, as part of their visit to Vermont, the United States.

Incoming student Emily Bolanos will enter ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ this fall, where she will join the Navy ROTC Nursing program, working to become a member of the Naval Nurse Corps.
